Notification of Suspension of Affiliation Status to
Glacier, HOUSE III Students' Association, HKUSTSU
On behalf of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Students’ Union Council, the 20th Session, 2012-2013, I would like to notify you that the affiliation status of Glacier, HOUSE III Students' Association, HKUSTSU has been temporary suspended immediately until the end of the 28th February, 2013 (both days inclusive) by the resolution of the First Extraordinary General Meeting of the Students’ Union and the Fifteen Students’ Union Council Meeting.
The Students’ Union will not bear any responsibility to any functions held and document signed on behalf of the Glacier, HOUSE III Students' Association, HKUSTSU during the aforementioned period and the property, cash and account balance of the Glacier, HOUSE III Students' Association, HKUSTSU will be takeover and managed by the Affiliated Societies Committee of the Students’ Union Council.

暫停香港科技大學學生會冰川社三學生會屬會資格公告
本人現根據學生會第一次特別全民大會及第十五次學生會評議會會議之決定謹此宣佈，由即日開始直至二零一三年二月二十八日（包括首尾兩天），香港科技大學學生會冰川社三學生會（下稱「冰川社三學生會」）之學生會屬會資格將會被暫停。本會將不會承認任何人等在上述期間以「香港科技大學學生會冰川社三學生會」舉辦之任何活動及簽發之任何文件，而冰川社三學生會之財產將由學生會評議會屬會事務委員會暫時接管。
有關暫停屬會資格之詳情可參閱「Suspension of Affiliation Status to Glacier, HOUSE III
